60 minute private sessions. Ideal for those seeking individualized treatment plans and home exercises based upon individual needs. Initial evaluation required prior to participation in individual classes.
Cancelation Policy
A full refund can be issued with 24-hour notice. All canceled appointments less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
